An Advocate who voluntary suspends his practice for any reason, whatsoever, shall intimate by registered post / in person to the Bijapur Bar Association on the rolls of which his name is entered, of such suspension together with his letter of Suspension

PROCEDURE :

1. Fee of Rs. 1000/- + 50/- postal charges ( Either by Cash / By D.D. in favour of Secretary, Bijapur Bar Association ).

2. Self – application stating the reason for voluntary suspension of practice addressed to the President/Secretary, Bijapur Bar Association .

3. Xerox copy of the letter of Suspension
